"Safe using C.C. for VIP Membership?"

I would like to purchase a VIP membership using my credit card. Im worried about how safe my information would be. I dont want my name showing up on any LE report. IS there a chance that LE could demand from RB a list of members? Anyone know something about this?
thanks

Is it illegal to read reviews? Would the LE try to hassle people who do that? No doubt the ACLU would like to know.
